1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "77be", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 77be platform and the entity operating it at https://77be.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 77be or who accesses the 77be platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a player on the 77be platform.

• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's 77be account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain a 77be account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 77be at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. 77be employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, including deposits and winnings, may be forfeited following an internal review process.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77be account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 77be strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, using a unique and complex password, and logging out from shared or public devices after each session.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

In the event that you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your 77be account, you must contact the 77be support team immediately at [email protected]. 77be will not be held liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, resulting from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials or arising from your own negligence in allowing third parties to access your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence — before your account is fully activated, before any withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your use of the platform at 77be's sole discretion. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 77be may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of your account.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount at 77be is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 77be account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. 77be does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 77be accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 4.4 Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 77be are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the matters it addresses.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to a 77be account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any 77be bonus or promotional offer constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. 5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the expiry period specified in the relevant promotion terms will be automatically removed from the account balance without compensation. Real-money funds held in the account at the time of bonus expiry are not affected.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

77be reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; the stake exceeds account or market-level limits; or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or suspicious betting activity.

6.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, paylines, or any other information on the 77be platform — whether caused by human error, system malfunction, or data feed failure — 77be reserves the right to void any affected bets and transactions. Where a void is applied, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Game Integrity

12.3 Effect of Termination

13 Governing Law
